The Sales Manager – Business Loan (DSA) in the Retail Banking function is responsible for acquiring Business Loan customers for a designated branch through DSA channels. The role involves explaining and selling banking products, acting as a bridge between customers and the bank, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
What you'll do
- Acquire Business Loan customers within the identified segment and geography
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers (RMs) on customer opportunities and requirements
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
