- Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores
- Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships
- Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes
- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
- Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends
