Sales Manager– Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, DSA is responsible for sourcing Home Loan/Suvidha business through open market channels, including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and other partners. The role focuses on customer engagement, channel development, and relationship management to drive business growth and profitability.
What you'll do
- Generate Home Loan/Suvidha leads through open market channels
- Identify, empanel, and manage relationships with DSAs, builders, and other channel partners
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Senior Territory Managers to achieve individual and team targets
- Train and motivate the team on product features, commercials, and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and personalized service
