- Prepare new sales representatives through orientation on sales processes and products in a call centre
- Develop individual coaching plans and drive orientation programs along with senior representatives
- Conduct practice/exercise sessions for new and existing sales employees
- Observe sales interactions and capture feedback, results, and post-training performance
- Handle OJT and drive trainees towards defined productivity targets
