About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, stakeholder management, governance, issue resolution, and team leadership. The candidate will manage platform projects, oversee application and process-related issues, and ensure timely resolution and audit support.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage stakeholder relationships, governance frameworks, and escalation processes
- Oversee platform project execution, including application and process issue resolution
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for issue resolution and support audit requirements
- Design and implement complex and critical solutions, including SOP documentation and adherence monitoring
