What you'll do
- Administer, maintain and support Linux (RHEL) operating systems and exposure to any 2 of the UNIX flavours (RedHat & AIX)
- Resolve major incidents and technical escalations within agreed SLAs and quality
- Perform root cause analysis for problems and major incidents, provide workarounds to ensure business continuity and prepare RCA reports
