About the role
'The role holder will play a critical role in managing and leading the engineering innovation and growth of our front-end customer facing web and mobile platforms. This role acts as a technical leader, mentor and internal subject matter expert for the teams.
What you'll do
- Understand the business priorities and requirements; architect/develop solutions to meet the business need and lead execution
- Providing support, guidance and collaborating with Developers / Engineers to implement application design, and review developer & work to ensure correct implementation
- Work closely with the head of Engineering to ensure lay out strategies on technical deployment and bring them into production with the developer teams
- The roles is a subject matter expert and mentor on java/Golang
- Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of developers and engineering managers
