As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the branch while promoting the bank’s products and services.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all transactions
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
