About the role

This full-time position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and handling day-to-day banking transactions. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the branch while promoting the bank’s products and services.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all transactions
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
