About the role
Territory Manager– Car Loan is responsible for sourcing Car Loan business through open market channels, including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and other partners. The role focuses on customer engagement, channel development, and relationship management to drive business growth and profitability. It also involves leading a sales team, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
What you'll do
- Generate Car Loan leads through open market & dealer channels
- Identify, empanel, and manage relationships with Dealers and other channel partners
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers and DSTs to achieve individual and team targets
- Train and motivate the team on product features, commercials, and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and personalized service
