The Territory Manager - Loan Against Property is responsible for sourcing loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners, while establishing a quality portfolio. What you'll do
- Source and manage channels from the market and acquire business from them
- Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Identify changing market trends and develop channels for acquiring business while providing high-quality customer service
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer service
- Create an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to holistically fulfill customer needs
