The Vigilance Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's integrity and compliance by managing effective communication with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels. What you'll do
- Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels within defined turnaround times
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues
- Maintain, analyze, and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of files and complaint details through consistent follow-ups
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet or exceed turnaround time expectations
