About the role
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated male candidates to join our team as Field Officers (GRM). In this role, you will be responsible for field operations including the sourcing, evaluation, and disbursement of Group Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans. You will conduct regular field visits to manage loan collections, track portfolio health, and maintain strong client relationships across your assigned region.
