About the role

The Office Manager will further strengthen IDP’s leadership position in student placement by developing and executing business plans to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets, including building client relations and engagement, contributing to a world class operating environment, and implementing global projects.

What you'll do

• Drive development and implementation of office-based business plans aligned to country needs and strategic milestones, including improving business performance
• Develop a strong counselling team with a sales and service culture, including increasing market knowledge and team capability
