Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple projects across diverse teams. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient processes, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

What you'll do

• Lead and propose necessary processes to ensure a structured and predictable approach to software Engineering
• Define and drive the technical strategy and development methodology
• Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time. Implement a system for monitoring and tracking project progress
• Balance, creating and repaying technical debt, and developing new features. Use technology and automation to help manage technical debt
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to develop an annual budget for the engineering department
