About the role

Responsible for driving the growth and market penetration of the Whipping Cream category by building strong relationships with chefs, bakers, patissiers, and foodservice customers. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets through customer acquisition, account development, product demonstrations, recipe applications, and consultative selling.

What you'll do

• Execute the customer and channel business plan within the assigned territory to drive category growth and achieve sales objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, bakers, key customers, and decision-makers while ensuring effective customer engagement and business development
• Work closely with the Food Service Development and Sales teams to introduce new products, applications, and innovative solutions that create value for customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by supporting customer acquisition, expanding distribution coverage, and increasing category penetration
• Ensure high standards of customer service by coordinating effectively with sales coordinators, promptly addressing customer concerns
