Assistant Manager - Human Resources

About the role

The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts of the organization, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent to meet business objectives. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements and expectations
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus visits, and industry conferences to build a pipeline of talent
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners to supplement internal hiring efforts as needed
• Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to assess the success of recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement
