What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR operations across assigned hotel properties, ensuring consistency in HR processes and adherence to company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, attendance and employee lifecycle data
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee separations and full-and-final settlement inputs
- Support the implementation and effective utilisation of HRMS and recruitment systems
- Ensure timely preparation of HR reports, manpower updates, organisational structures and other management reports
