About the role
This role serves as a senior regional leader, driving alignment, focus area resources, and linkage to the rest of the organization focused on Groups & Events. Act as the senior regional representative for enterprise Groups & Events strategy, priorities, and programs. Lead localization and adoption of enterprise Groups & Events programs to ensure relevance and execution across the region.
What you'll do

- Serve as a trusted partner to regional commercial VPs and senior operations leaders
- Contribute to engagement with regional hotel ownership groups and Owners Associations, including preparation and delivery of formal presentations
- Monitor regional Groups & Events performance trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and insights
