About the role
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support the hotel's procurement operations by ensuring the timely sourcing and purchasing of quality products and services at competitive prices.
What you'll do
- Source reliable vendors and suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines to achieve the best value
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions, budgets, and procurement procedures
- Coordinate with department heads to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly evaluate supplier performance, product quality, pricing, and service standards
