What you'll do
- Able to assist in training, supervising, scheduling, motivating, positively discipline of engineering hosts
- Assist in planning and implementing procedures, systems and controls to ensure an efficient, timely and pro-active engineering department
- Assist in compiling a monthly consumption report on heat, light and power to include electricity, gas, steam and water
- Monitor hosts activity, productivity, Utilization rates and manage accordingly
- Advises Engineering Manager of downtime or delays in completion of tasks
