- Provide day‑to‑day HR counsel on talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, and learning & development
- Conduct workforce analytics, identify trends, and present data‑driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision‑making
- Lead and facilitate change‑management initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate culture and employee experience goals
- Design and implement HR policies and programs that comply with local labor laws while supporting the organization’s strategic direction
