- The SAP BASIS and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing SAP technical operations, infrastructure services, SAP Solution Manager
- The role ensures that SAP systems and supporting infrastructure are stable, secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business requirements
- Manage and support SAP landscapes, including development, quality assurance, and production systems
- Oversee SAP installations, upgrades, patches, kernel updates, system copies, refreshes, migrations, and decommissioning
- Manage SAP transports across system landscapes in accordance with change-management procedures
