What you'll do
- Working on electronic health record (EHR) application covering multiple specialty hospital/clinic setup
- Validating and processing the prescription refills as per the guidelines and protocols laid
- Working on physician inbox/messages/tasks (in the EHR) and taking decisions based on scenarios
- Triaging messages and documents, reviewing results, and managing communications with patients and staff
- Send back the data to the clinic that needs action from the clinic staff
