About the role
Junior Revenue Cycle Representative AR/EVBV As a Junior Revenue Cycle Rep, you will play a critical role in managing the organization’s Revenue inflows. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that the providers are receiving timely payments.
What you'll do
- Review outstanding insurance balances to identify and resolve issues preventing the claim payment
- Analyze the outstanding claims/claim denials to improve first pass denial rates and reduce age of overall AR
- Ensure that all the workflow items are completed within set turn around time within quality expectations
- Responsible to follow up with insurance/payer for the claim status
- Responsible for sending appeal package through appropriate channels (fax/email/electronic portals) along with attaching the supporting documents such as medical records
