About the role
The intern will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, explaining suitable courses, following up with leads, and supporting the student enrollment process. This is a learning-oriented, non-paid internship with an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives on successful student enrollments as per company policy.
What you'll do
- Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms
- Counsel students regarding suitable courses, programs and career-oriented learning options
- Explain course curriculum, duration, learning methodology, certification, projects and other relevant program details
- Handle student queries and provide accurate information about programs
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media, WhatsApp and other sources
