Engineering Manager

About the role

This role blends strong technical leadership in Python-based systems, people management, and ownership of platform reliability, observability, and performance for mission-critical SaaS products. You will work closely with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality solutions that power retail decision intelligence.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers delivering Python-based analytics and SaaS platforms
• Own delivery of complex, multi-service projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in Python/Java/C++, PostgreSQL, and SQL-heavy systems
• Establish and mature observability, monitoring, alerting, and APM practices across services
• Ensure high availability and performance of customer-facing systems in production
