About the role
This role is critical to ensure site search is actively governed, continuously optimized, and aligned with evolving business and customer needs—bridging technology, content, and digital experience. The Coveo Search & Merchandising Specialist will work very closely with Search product manager, and Analysts, and is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of Agilent’s site search experience using the Coveo platform.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day administration of the Coveo platform, including environment configuration, access, pipelines, and governance
- Configure and manage search relevance and merchandising rules, including boosting, burying, pinning, synonyms, redirects, triggers, and partial-match behavior
- Manage query pipelines, ranking strategies, facets, filters, and result behaviors to support business and customer experience objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize search performance using Coveo analytics (e.g., zero-result queries, engagement, click-through rate, and conversion impact)
- Partner with Content, UX/UI, SEO, and Digital Product teams to align search behavior with content strategy and experience design
