About the role
The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible for executing day-to-day fixed asset accounting activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of transactions. We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented finance professional to join General Accounting & Reporting team, with a primary focus on Fixed asset & lease accounting processes at both GAAP (i.e. USGAAP & local GAAP).
What you'll do
- Lead, support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform fixed assets and lease accounting activities, creation of accounting schedules, asset capitalization, retirements, performing journal entries
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and analyses to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial data
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, explanations, and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, demonstrating good collaboration skills
