About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Smart 3D Application Analyst to join our dynamic and thriving global support. This global team provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of software technologies.
What you'll do
- Be the “front line” client support for a variety of engineering design engineering design applications, with an initial focus on Smart 3D
- Maintain Smart 3D computing environments through installation and administration of Smart 3D applications, host servers and databases
- Work with other SmartPlant Analysts and Engineering teams to provide additional testing, training, troubleshooting and documentation in respect of Smart 3D
- Document work processes for all levels of Smart 3D use and support (end users and other CAD systems specialists)
- Experience supporting Smart 3D for 10+ years
