What you'll do
- Drive product standardization initiatives to improve design consistency, increase component reuse, and reduce engineering complexity across the product portfolio (CREO)
- Develop, review, and approve 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Create and maintain standard parts, design libraries, templates, and engineering guidelines to support efficient and standardized product development
- Perform detail engineering activities while ensuring compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and industry codes
- Drive design optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness
