- Support the GEA Stake holders in finding the best property solutions in alignment with the GEA portfolio strategy
- Support the implementation of the GEA Sustainability and Decarbonization Targets in Real Estate
- Act in alignment with the VP REE to achieve the property portfolio targets and KPIs
- Ensure alignment with budget and optimization targets
- Manage relationships with landlords, FM partners, brokers and consultants
