About the role
VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Research & Development team, focusing on thermal simulation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying advanced thermal analysis techniques to automotive components and systems.
What you'll do
- Assist in developing and validating thermal models for various automotive components and systems using simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, Star-CCM+)
- Conduct thermal simulations to predict temperature distribution, heat transfer, and thermal stress under different operating conditions
- Analyze simulation results and provide insights to optimize product design for thermal performance and reliability
- Support the R&D team in experimental validation of simulation models through laboratory testing
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing simulation methodologies, results, and recommendations
