About the role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Stores professional to manage engineering spare parts inventory and day-to-day stores operations at our manufacturing plant in Baddi. The position is internally classified as Analyst – Manufacturing Support MRO, while Assistant Manager – Engineering Stores is the external job title used to better reflect the role's functional responsibilities
What you'll do
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance and tracking of engineering spare parts and maintenance materials
- Ensure timely availability of critical spares based on planned maintenance requirements
- Execute SAP MM transactions including purchase requisitions (PR), goods receipts/GRN, stock movements and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate approved purchase requirements and order processing with the dedicated procurement team
- Ensure timely GRN closure and coordinate resolution of invoice or payment discrepancies
