About the role
The Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of operational analytics and reporting solutions. The role works with business stakeholders to understand defined information requirements, analyze data, and deliver accurate reporting and insights using approved business intelligence tools and established methodologies.
What you'll do
- Gather, document, and validate business and reporting requirements with support from business and analytics stakeholders
- Develop and maintain small to medium reporting and analytics solutions using established tools, standards, and data sources
- Produce clear visualizations and analysis that help stakeholders understand trends, operational performance, and improvement opportunities
- Support strategy and transformation initiatives through data analysis, baseline measurement, progress tracking
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and documentation before releasing solutions
