About the role
The Senior Band 3 Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day leadership, performance management, and delivery of Data Quality outcomes across the Data Enablement function within International Health Delivery Services (IHDS).

- Quality Auditors – Provider Data Quality
- Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans aligned to Data Enablement strategy
- Coach, mentor, and upskill team members, ensuring strong technical capability, quality mindset, and role clarity
