About the role
This is a senior leadership role at the Evernorth Hyderabad Office and sits within the Data, Digital and AI Portfolio for The Cigna Group. The role is responsible for building and scaling Digital Product and Engagement capabilities in Hyderabad while partnering closely with US-based Product, Customer Engagement, and Technology leaders to deliver high-impact digital, engagement, data, and AI-enabled products.
What you'll do
- Strategy & Digital Leadership
- Drive implementation and adherence to product strategy across platform, data, customer engagement, personalization, digital experience, campaign
- Act as a strategic extension of US Product leadership, providing thought leadership on priorities, sequencing, tradeoffs, investments, and organizational capabilities
- Directly lead select high-priority initiatives and complex cross-functional efforts that require senior product leadership and executive alignment
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on product direction, customer needs, organizational priorities, and business value realization
