About the role
Act as a primary contact for infrastructure-related services, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines. Collaborate with various teams to maintain service quality, security, and compliance. Participate in service reviews, continual improvement and change management sessions. Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the data center, LAN, WAN, Voice & Video and Public Cloud infrastructure, focusing on resiliency and security.
What you'll do
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments are required
- Process ISP maintenance schedules and co-ordinate with ISP/Vendors for quick restoration of network
- Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), wireless networks and Data Center connectivity
- Work on Voice/Video issues
