This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes. The Sr. Associate, Repair & Maintenance Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs to enhance facility and equipment productivity.
What you'll do
- This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and design of the Maximo Computerized Maintenance
- Management System (CMMS) system to support manufacturing operations
- They will align processes with other Alcon plants wherever possible and will ensure consistent application of CMMS procedures
