About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development with hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR applications while working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Develop, customize, and support SAP ABAP objects in SAP HCM
- Develop Reports, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and Function Modules
- Personnel Development (PD) (preferred)
- Develop Interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, File Interfaces, and Web Services
- Build HR-specific reports using Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE)
