About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) , Time Tracking , and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in time and benefits-related processes.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking and Benefits modules
- Gather business requirements, prepare solution designs, and configure SF modules accordingly
- Configure time recording profiles, time types, time accounts, time valuation rules, accruals, and calendars
- Design and implement Benefit plans including eligibility rules, enrollment windows, and claim processes
- Integrate EC Time Tracking with Payroll and other modules (if required)
