Director/Sr Director Analog & IO

About the role

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to drive development of next-generation analog, power management, IO, and high-speed interface technologies within NXP's Analog Competence Center (ACC). The role combines technical leadership, organizational development, innovation, and business engagement to deliver differentiated semiconductor solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing analog and mixed-signal engineering organization
• Define and execute technology roadmaps for power management, IO, SerDes, and high-speed interfaces
• Drive innovation, quality, and first-time-right execution across multiple product programs
• Partner with business and product teams to translate future market needs into reusable technology platforms
• Build technical capabilities, attract top talent, and develop future leaders
