Instructional Design & Training Developer

About the role

The Information Security Training Developer – Instructional Design is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining engaging, scalable, and measurable information security training experiences. This role focuses heavily on eLearning, web-delivered learning, and digital design , translating security and compliance requirements into learner-centered courses, microlearning, and performance support assets.

What you'll do

• Instructional Design & Content Development (≈55%)
• Design end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar)
• Develop interactive eLearning courses using LMS developer tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, etc.)
• Create microlearning, knowledge checks, simulations, and scenario-based learning for security topics (e.g., phishing, data handling, access control)
• Translate complex information security concepts into clear, role-based, learner-friendly content
