About the role
This role combines deep technical expertise with hands‑on customer engagement to support product design‑in, optimize system performance, and enable successful mass production deployments. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of power electronics, motor control algorithms, embedded systems, and real‑world application tuning/debugging — along with the ability to engage directly with customers, field teams, and global R&D.
What you'll do
- Customer Technical Support & Design-In
- Lead technical ownership for customer design-in activities in power conversion and motor control applications
- Support customers through the full lifecycle: architecture definition → design → validation → optimization → production
- Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization support on hardware, firmware, and control loops
- Conduct design reviews to ensure robustness, efficiency, and thermal compliance
