About the role
Responsible for driving end-to-end emulation model development, platform enablement, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and team growth while supporting pre-silicon verification, validation, firmware, and software development activities.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, development, qualification, and delivery of emulation models for large SoC programs
- Drive emulation strategy, methodology, performance optimization, and debug infrastructure
- Manage multiple emulation projects, resources, schedules, risks, and customer escalations
- Lead and mentor the Bangalore Emulation team, including hiring, performance management, and technical development
- Collaborate with Architecture, Design, Verification, DFT, Validation, FW/SW, and Program Management teams to ensure successful milestone execution
