About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to drive the development, enablement, and customer support of next-generation Board Management Controller (BMC) solutions based on NXP processors. The engineer will play a key role in architecture definition, platform bring-up, OpenBMC enablement, server integration, customer engagement, and ecosystem development for data center and infrastructure applications.
What you'll do
- Lead system architecture, bring-up, validation, and debugging of BMC platforms based on NXP i.MX processors
- Develop and integrate OpenBMC software components including: Redfish
- Event logging and health monitoring
- Enable and validate host management functions including: Power sequencing and control
- Drive server platform integration using industry-standard interfaces such as PCIe, USB, I2C, I3C, SMBus, UART, Ethernet, and GPIO
