About the role
This role is accountable for the delivery of multi-site, Research, Study and NPI projects, and ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits. The project manager will devise the project delivery plan, including planning the required work, resources and associated costs, to the correct standards.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing multiple projects within 1 or more programs and drive these projects in a coordinated way to obtain the agreed benefits for Nexperia
- Responsible to drive risk identification and management, timeline and cost forecasts of product roadmaps and concepts to Concept Approval phase
- Responsible to initiate each project, develops delivery plans, agreed and appropriate resource plans, budgets, and monitor and control Business Cases
- Responsible to deliver projects within agreed timeframe, budget as well as with required quality demands, according to the Nexperia / BG MOS Governance model
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling project activities to ensure that TTM is protected; including being responsible for mitigation and problem solving plans
