What you'll do

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: You will inspire, mentor, and lead a talented team of mechanical design engineers
• Your primary focus will be on fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative environment where team members can thrive
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and creating robust development and growth plans for every engineer
• Drive Project Execution & Excellence: You will be accountable for the team's successful delivery of engineering projects
• This includes leading rigorous design reviews, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and ready for manufacturing
