What you'll do
- Provide production support for Oracle R12 Project Accounting and resolve complex tickets raised by business users
- Perform detailed root cause analysis for application, process, and data issues and drive permanent resolution of recurring problems
- Partner directly with business users to understand issues, clarify functional requirements, and provide solution-oriented support
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT, finance, and business teams to manage incidents, defects, and enhancement requests
- Support key Oracle Projects functions including project costing, project billing, revenue processing, cost distribution, and accounting validation
