What you'll do
- Lead technical design, development, and integration across Oracle EBS R12.2, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Drive delivery using Lean Agile practices to improve predictability, team velocity, and business value realization
- Champion DevSecOps and continuous improvement practices across the SDLC, with measurable gains in deployment frequency, release quality, lead time
- Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve code reliability, increase quality, and reduce rework
- Partner with business, architecture, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
